- Ensure compliance with the quality requirements of the project;
- Communicate with the customer to present and clarify the initial sampling process and serial changes and for customer complaints;
- Ensures early detection of weak points and defects;
- Implement appropriate measures to eliminate defects and weaknesses and monitor their effectiveness;
- Participates in the change meeting and manages all the quality activities resulting from the changes;
- Optimizes (CIP) in the sense of the strategy of 0 mistakes and for the identification and application of the possibilities of reducing costs with non-quality.
- University Degree (preferably in Technical field);
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quality field (Automotive);
- Good electronics knowledge and knowledge of IPC-A610 are a plus;
- Knowledge in quality assurance: 8D method, retraining, special characteristics;
- Good knowledge of MS-Office;
- Advanced knowledge of English;
- Communication and teamwork skills, process oriented thinking, very good analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility skills.
