- Support functional workstreams within Workday HCM deployment projects under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Assist in configuring Workday solutions, exploring options and documenting recommended approaches that meet client requirements.
- Help build and maintain prototypes and configuration workbooks.
- Document and describe HR processes and system touchpoints.
- Support the Production Cutover Plan and related activities (data validation, checklists, documentation).
- Learn and apply Workday methodologies and internal implementation standards.
- Keep the Project Manager and senior team members informed on your progress and task status.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, supporting and advising as you grow in the role.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR systems, HR operations, consulting, finance, or other analytical/technology‑related roles (internships and student jobs are welcome).
- Basic understanding or strong interest in HR and/or Finance processes (e.g., core HR, recruitment, payroll, time, or basic finance concepts).
- Strong interest in learning Workday and building a career in HR digital transformation / HRIS consulting.
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian.
- Fluent in English and French OR German.
- Customer‑oriented mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to search for solutions using multiple documentation sources and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office / office software tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Exposure to any HRIS, ERP, or cloud application (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors) through studies, projects, internships, or previous roles.
- Experience in software setup, configuration, or testing (even on non‑HR tools) is a plus.
- Experience working in or with cross-functional or international teams.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and propose practical ideas or improvements (from university projects or work experience).
