- Previous experience in administrative / coordination / operational support roles is highly relevant
- Support internal contract lifecycle (initiation, drafting, signature follow-up, record updates), in line with quality and risk management standards
- Coordinate engagement code setup and maintenance (staff allocation updates, extensions, task creation, and stakeholder communication)
- Prepare and maintain operational and financial reporting (HC, utilization, cost/revenue usage at portfolio level)
- Monitor timesheet compliance and billable WIP, working closely with business and finance stakeholders
- Act as a PMO point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence
