- Secure and deepen client retention, contribute to excellent customer support
- Secure that all complaints are being recognized, recorded confirmed, and solved effectively
- Adhere to given processes and procedures
- Update the database of customers and document activities
- Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations
- C1 written and verbal communication skills in Croatian/Serbian (Slovak or Slovenian will ve an advantage)
- B2 English
- Preferable college degree or related work experience
- Good MS Office skills and familiarity with ticketing systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- High motivation and enthusiastic approach, self-organized
- Knowledge and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies will be an advantage.
- Schedule: full time, Monday-Sunday 24/7 (for now, we have 2 shifts confirmed 9 AM - 6 PM; 3.30 PM - 11.30 PM – this includes lunch break and 3 short breaks
- Transportation for day shifts and night shifts

- Holidays: 20 days/year and an extra day after a year
- Contract for undetermined period
- Training: 5 days (Monday – Friday) – 9:00-18:00
- 6 months accommodation if needed
- Up to 200 EUR refund from the first travel to Romania
- After the first year, 200 EUR refund for a travel home
