Working schedule: Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 16:30 (30-minute break included)
Contract type: Unlimited employment contract, with a 3-month probation periodRequirements:

Proven experience in a Logistics Manager or similar leadership role within distribution logistics;
Strong ability to lead teams and supervise operations through supervisors;
Experience in organizing, optimizing, and improving logistics processes beyond daily operations;
Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive performance and efficiency improvements;
Experience with WMS systems (implementation and usage) is a strong advantage;
Demonstrated ability to manage both processes and people effectively;
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a firm yet human approach;
Ability to bring structure, discipline, and clarity to operations;
Strong personality, proactive, and capable of making decisions in a dynamic environment;
English - conversational (written and spoken);
Autonomous, responsible and able to take ownership.

ResponsabilitatiResponsibilities:

Lead and supervise the logistics team through supervisors, ensuring smooth daily operations;
Organize and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and performance;
Analyze performance data and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency;

Implement and manage WMS systems at the team level to streamline logistics operations;

Maintain a balance between strong process control and supportive, people-focused leadership.
