We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of our enterprise IT infrastructure landscape. This strategic role blends architectural vision with operational leadership, ensuring high performance, resilience, security, and cost efficiency across a multinational environment.You will play a key role in aligning infrastructure capabilities with business objectives while driving modernization and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Define and drive the IT infrastructure strategy (systems, network, connectivity)Build and maintain the infrastructure roadmap aligned with business needsStrengthen monitoring, automation, and observability capabilitiesLead hybrid infrastructure design (on-prem & cloud), ensuring value-driven cloud adoptionDesign and oversee HA/DR architecturesLead infrastructure design for business projects and POCsOversee infrastructure impact of software integrations and deploymentsStandardize “Site-in-a-Box” infrastructure templates for stores, warehouses, and officesDrive infrastructure modernization and lifecycle managementPartner with international vendors on solution design and implementationArchitect network segmentation and Zero Trust environmentsEnsure compliance with PCI-DSS and GDPRTechnical Environment:On-Prem Infrastructure: VMware vSphere, Proxmox, SAN storageCloud: hybrid architecture background and experience in one major cloud platform (AWS/ Azure etc.)Networking & Security: SD-WAN, Load Balancing, Zero Trust frameworksAutomation & Scripting: PowerShellMonitoring & Observability: Splunk, PRTG etc.Operating Systems: Windows & LinuxData Platforms: Knowledge on any of the following platforms - Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL (“Always-On” clusters)Directory Services: Active Directory (group-level governance and unification)Edge Computing: POS systems and IoT hardware environmentsModern Workplace: Secure communication and remote access strategiesContainers: Knowledge on Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) orchestrationProfile & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years designing/ driving complex infrastructure implementationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience managing mission-critical infrastructure and external providersSolid knowledge of ITIL and project management methodologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong stakeholder management capabilitiesAdvanced English proficiency required; French nice to haveIf you are ready to drive infrastructure excellence and enable business performance at scale, we look forward to connecting with you!
