Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
Build and optimize Power BI data models using DAX, Power Query, and best practices.
Ensure performance optimization and scalability of Power BI datasets and reports.
Work with data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar) to prepare and transform data for analytics.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
Implement data quality checks and documentation for datasets and reporting solutions.

QualificationsQualificationsQualifications

Strong experience with Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report design).
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar.
Practical knowledge of Python or PySpark for data processing.
Experience building end-to-end reporting solutions from raw data to dashboards.
Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines.
Understanding of performance optimization techniques in Power BI.

Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
Employment contract: CIM, Unlimited

Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
Flexibility & willingness to travel
