Autovit.ro is the market leader of the auto classifieds industry.We are looking for an Area Sales Manager - Car Parts Category (Field Sales) in our amazing OLX Hub.As an Area Sales Manager for OLX Parts you will be at the forefront of the Parts & Auto Accessories market, empowering our users and prospects with the best solutions to reach their clients, at OLX Group Romania. \nA typical day at OLX, as an Area Sales Manager, will include:

Covering the South area of Romania, focused on visits to key clients in Bucharest but also Ilfov, Giurgiu, Ialomita, Constanta, Tulcea;
Initiating contact with potential or existing customers to advise them about the ways that can grow their businesses with the help of our platforms ( Autovit and OLX);
Presenting and answering questions about our products and services platform;
Negotiate and close sales deals with new and existing prospects;
Taking and processing orders accurately and professionally;
Keeping records of calls, visits, and any other relevant client information, and sale,s and note useful information.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

Have proven experience in Field Sales;
Have good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., Office suite, CRM software);
Possess the ability to learn about products, services, and customer data, and how they respond to the needs of prospects and existing clients;
Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Act cool-tempered and able to use rejections rather as opportunities;
Have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve objections and address complaints.
