Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.The AR Rebates Analyst is responsible for performing work activities included in the Order to Cash (OTC) process for the Molson Coors organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create in ERP system the contractual prices/discounts/rebates conditions
  • Establish and ensure compliance to a Pricing & Rebates approval process, ensuring that the data is aligned with the business needs
  • Manage data and data integrity across systems, resolve any problem areas of existing data integrity and provide solutions going forward
  • Ensure that pricing requests are handled in a timely manner and followed up regularly
  • Ensure process adherence for Order to Cash, sharing and driving best practice throughout the organization
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Rebates/pricing experience or any other relevant OTC experience min. 1 year
  • Excel intermediate (Vlookup, pivot, concatenate)
  • Language skills: English (B2)
  • Good collaboration with peers
  • Stakeholder experience
  • Attention to detail
