- Own the end-to end talent acquisition process of the roles assigned to you;
- Design talent acquisition strategies;
- Pro-actively source qualified candidates;
- Ensure interview/assessment process is robust and fit for purpose, educate line managers in; interviewing techniques and maintain a high standard;
- Build & identify talent pools and engage this communities;
- Own the overall candidate experience;
- Partner with stakeholders, understanding the business needs and potential hiring demand;
- Achieve the hiring plan and targets;
- Serve as a company ambassador, guardian of talent quality, culture fit and diversity.
- Effective communicator;
- English - Advanced Level;
- Experience in working with modern ATS (we use currently Jazz HR);
- Nice to have: understanding of talent pools in IT/Technology sector with focus on SQL, .Net, React, Angular, JNode etc as well as in Business sector in Finance/Banking, Retail, FMCG, Pharma etc.
