- Initiate telephone and email contact to identify new commercial opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Utilize internal and third-party tools to generate leads and discover white space.
- Provide support to qualified prospects, including follow-up, product details, and quotations.
- Meet monthly KPIs for commercial opportunities, tracked via Salesforce activity reports.
- Participate in call-out days, events, and customer meetings with sales colleagues.
- Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in CRM systems.
- Contribute to team training and onboarding of new sales associates.
- Proficiency in both German and English for clear communication.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
- Efficiency in MS Office automation tools to support daily tasks.
- Knowledge of virtualization industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
