You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and resolving complex issues to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your fluency in Spanish and expertise in customer service will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our customers.

  • Providing exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues on time;
  • Manage up to 10 -15 calls per day and timely processing of service request from the case queues and assigning cases to the technicians;
  • Ability to handle calls from international customers AMER /AP/EMEA region;
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategies;
  • Provide support to customers for all inquiries.
Key skills and qualifications:
  • Passionate about customer service, with a professional, telephone manner and a confident personality;
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish;
  • Preferred minimum 1-2 years' experience in a customer services environment with proven record of delivering exceptional
levels of service;
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and use this skill to ensure customers get exceptional service;
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
