
Lead Systems Architect IVVQ

- Develop and own the end-to-end IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification) strategy and test plan.
- Define, estimate, and manage all IVVQ tasks throughout the system development lifecycle.
- Lead the identification of IVVQ requirements for both our solutions and external suppliers.
- Specify and implement the necessary test tools and environments.
- Create high-level test procedures to guide our team in achieving system qualification.
- Master’s degree or Bachelor degree Engineering or Information Technology;
- 7 years System Engineering proven experience with a background in delivering IVVQ for complex IT&C Infrastructures in Connectivity / Cyber Security/ Digital Transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of IVVQ methodology according to INCOSE; INCOSE certification requested
- 2 years proven experience in at least 1 Architecture Framework (UAF, NAFv4)
- 2 years proven experience in requirements management (tools like IBM Rational DOORS)
- 2 years proven experience in Software Development (CI/CD)
- 2 years proven experience in Telecom sector
- Proven project management skills (IPMA, PMI degree is a plus)
- Knowledge and ability to work within an agile environment
- Familiarity with military systems and high-integrity environments
- Experience in leading teams and acting as a mentor to assigned staff; willing to engage and develop your team using collaborative work and challenging approaches;
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of customer service.
