- You’re confident in leading client strategy and communicating client performance, benchmarks targets and results.
- You’re a natural when it comes to spotting room for improvement across all aspects of your client portfolio – as well as offering feedback on internal processes, workflows and frameworks.

- Strategy: Develop media strategies tailored to client objectives, identifying and segmenting target audiences to design customized campaigns that maximize results across various platforms.
- Implementation: Implement and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, along with actionable recommendations for future optimizations.
- Presentation: Present data and reports to a range of audiences (internal or external, knowledgeable or not)
- Client management: Relationship building with clients and agency business development
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, social media, and development departments, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to offer strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- At least 4 years in digital marketing, managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other digital platforms.
- A proven track record of managing successful Google/Meta Ads accounts with varying budgets, across different industries – across lead generation and ecommerce – B2B & B2C.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on website performance metrics and campaign-driven traffic using Google Analytics.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
- Experience of strategy creation and implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Advanced English (writing, speaking, comprehension).
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, client needs, and platform updates, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Certifications in Google and Meta, as well as experience with programmatic tools like Teads/Adform, are a plus.
