- Retaining and developing existing customers;

- Achieving business targets by managing the relevant field sales territory;
- Identifying customers’ needs, analyzing, and solving potential issues;
- Promoting core products combined with customer-centric tailor-made solutions;
- Projecting commitment to service excellence and representing our image;
- Ensuring that all relevant information about existing and potential customers is updated in line with regional and local requirements;
- Preparing all reports and statistics of activities with the required accuracy and timeframe.
- 3 years minimum professional working experience in sales/business development, preferably in Logistics or a related Industry;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent presentational skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way;
- Excellent negotiating skills, commercial awareness, and solid understanding of the Forwarding Industry;
- Numeracy, ability to think on your feet, and solve problems;
- University Degree;
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Romanian and English;
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and any industry-related software;
- Clean driving license.
