o Support delivery of the strategy and execution of internal comms for the Technology function
o Build understanding of how technology helps people deliver and supports a consistent and positive tech experience across the GroupMain Responsibilitieso Manage and maintain Tech related communications planning
o Support content creation for Tech leadership communications
o Work in partnership with the CIO's leadership teams
o Own, plan, build and measure several channels - including Town Halls, virtual visits, news roundups, intranet articles, recorded interviews
o Support delivery of Tech change programmes and Group understanding of how these changes improve the way we work as one organisationLeadership:
o Lead and provide strategic direction on multiple projects simultaneously
