The role focuses on coordination, documentation, inventory oversight, and stakeholder support, working closely with the local Facilities Management team and external partners.Main Responsibilities:Management of operational documentation and internal ordersOversight of inventory and registration of workplace/IT assetsCoordination with external service providers and vendorsOrganization of spaces, meeting rooms, and internal eventsLocal point of contact for employees and stakeholders in close collaboration with the Facilities Management teamRequirements and Competencies:Experience in workplace services/facility/logistics/administrationStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Fluency in English and Romanian (both written and spoken)Proactive, flexible, and customer service-oriented approachWhat You Can Expect from UsCompetitive Rewards & Benefits Permanent contract, private healthcare, cafeteria system, life insurance, and employee assistance program
