Caring actively for the environment, for people, and for our customers is what makes us a great place to work and together we are shaping a better and more caring tomorrow.Job role1st level support –key interface for the vendors and internals to receive information on status of invoice, payment & payment details.Provide guidance and 1st level technical support for internals on invoice processing process, maintain and develop client relationship.What you will do:Handling of payment requests from ARIBA and SAP purchasesSupporting Supplier with ARIBA and SAP topicsHandling of payment remindersHandling of payment reminders from catalog suppliersTaking care of vendor creation processIdentify and drive process optimizationManage and solve escalation topicsSupporting Suppliers on invoicing topicsWork in SAP FI, ARIBA, SAP-MM, SAP S4 HanaControl, create and update the relevant Desktop procedures and keep it up to dateConsult and support the customer in operational sourcing tasksLiaise with other Operational Entities, units, departments as well as with externals (clients, providers) and fosters good relationshipsWhat you bring:University DegreeMinimum 2-3 years of relevant experience within procurementARIBA System knowledgeSAP-FI/AP; SAP S/4HANA knowledgeInternational cross functional work experienceProcure 2 Pay relevant experienceWe highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.You have:Excellent communication skillsCustomer and service orientedSolution orientated, decision maker, self-driven workingAccurate and reliable way of workingFluent English and German for customer and internal communicationWhat we offer:We support your well-being
