- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance, drawing on deep industry knowledge to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and future-proof.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into client workflows, enhancing efficiency and competitiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning digital initiatives with their broader business objectives.

- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years in management consulting, with a proven track record of leading complex projects for enterprise clients, ideally in financial services or asset financing.
- Digital Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing digital strategies, with hands-on experience in AI, data-driven decision-making, or related technologies.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of asset financing, financial services, or adjacent industries, with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives, aligning digital initiatives with strategic business priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and methodologies (e.g., AI, cloud solutions, process automation) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field;
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a client-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.
