Purpose Statement: Responsible for maintaining output and quality of service from Materials, through planning of workload and allocation of tasks.Key Job Accountabilities:

Control and supervise materials movements.
Supervising and training the employees in order to achieve specific job knowledge to their best abilities.
Coordinate the team in order to comply with Plexus SOP's.
Show interest in keeping the areas from WH organised, clean, and arranged, all according to 5S rules.
Good knowledge of specific WH procedures and processes (receiving, kitting, shipping, cycle count, NCM, inventory control).

Additional Accountabilities:

Proactively promotes open exchange of information and communication within the department and supervisor. Always looks for ideas to improve processes and communicates them to supervisor. Always asks questions when needed.
Ensure prompt escalations on any identified material issues.
Communicate Output targets to staff and communicate any significant changes to this.
Communicate effectively with Customer and Supplier if required.
Acknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational health.
Additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Three (3) years of related experience is required.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:

The employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment;
Good oral and written communication skills and organisational skills are necessary;
The employee must maintain the confidentiality of all departments, company and customer information while working safely at all times.

Work Environment:

The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
