IT Business Analyst

• Perform a key role in the understanding of business requirements and enabling these to be delivered by our wider Technology teams.
• Act as the liaison between Business units, the IT department and in some instances the IT vendors;
• Work within Transformational projects/ programmes ensuring the Business and relevant Technology requirements are mapped-out and understood
• Specifically assisting in Operational support requirements, tracing business logic for underlying technical solutions/ customer flows.
• Maintain an awareness of opportunities provided by new technology and drive innovative thinking and solution design
• Ensure agreed business objectives are enabled through proactive and diligent management of 3rd party activities, including delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure alignment of product roadmaps with company's technology roadmap and business strategy.
• Provide Architectural governance, expertise and direction to the development initiatives within Ireland by reviewing requirements at an early stage and assessing their Architectural significance, defining Technical Options and Architectural assessments.

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• 3rd Level qualification in IT or a related discipline
• A thorough knowledge of Telecoms products and CRM Systems.
• Have experience working on Amdocs BSS Platform and Amdocs Product Catalogue changes
• Solid understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
• Ability to operate in rapidly changing and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong vendor management experience
• Experience of Agile Methodologies an advantage, Product backlog management and Agile Delivery Planning
• Ability to quickly gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the existing applications
