- Support the activation of strategic enterprise accounts through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute one-to-one and one-to-few ABM programs aligned with priority accounts.
- Coordinate targeted outreach campaigns, personalized engagement initiatives, and executive-level communication materials.
- Support the progression of account conversations toward structured business discussions.
- Account Intelligence & Research
- Conduct research to understand the organizational structure, technology environment, and transformation initiatives within target accounts.
- Identify relevant signals such as regulatory pressure, digital transformation programs, or AI adoption initiatives.
- Build and maintain account profiles, including stakeholder maps and organizational insights.
- Monitor industry and company developments that may indicate engagement opportunities.
- Identify and map relevant decision stakeholders within strategic accounts.
- Support engagement with roles such as: CIO / CTO, Risk and Compliance leadership, Business unit leaders, Finance and procurement stakeholders
- Help coordinate communication and engagement activities across these groups.
- Work closely with sales and account managers to align marketing activities with the strategy for strategic enterprise accounts.
- Support the preparation of account-specific materials, executive briefings, and meeting preparation for discussions with target stakeholders.
- Coordinate follow-ups after meetings, workshops, and executive engagements to maintain momentum within the account.
- Ensure marketing initiatives contribute directly to progressing strategic opportunities and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.
- Executive Events & Engagement Programs
- Support the organization of targeted executive engagement opportunities for selected accounts. Examples include: executive briefings, industry roundtables, workshops or small-group discussions
- Assist with the coordination of invitations, materials, and follow-up communication.
- Campaign Coordination & Performance Monitoring
- Track engagement across targeted accounts and monitor campaign progress.
- Maintain visibility into account engagement activity, outreach performance, and stakeholder responses.
- Contribute to reporting and insights regarding account engagement effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to refine targeting and engagement approaches
- Experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, or enterprise marketing environments.
- Ability to research and understand complex enterprise organizations.
- Strong written communication skills for executive-level materials and outreach.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on strategic account engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple account initiatives simultaneously.
- Nice to Have
- Experience working in enterprise technology, consulting, or software services companies.
- Understanding of enterprise AI, software development, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting executive events, roundtables, or strategic workshops.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, ABM tools, or CRM systems used in enterprise marketing.
- Experience working with account-based marketing campaigns or targeted outreach programs.
- Flexible working environment, ability to work remotely or in a hybrid model, depending on your project requirements.
