TasksTasksTasksWe are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Transportation Management (TM) Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP TM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP TM processes, strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules and collaborating across supply chain domains including MM, SD, PP, and eWM. And candidate should have proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP TM implementations.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP TM functional designs.
  • Analysis and optimization of existing TM processes to ensure seamless integration of SAP TM into the existing IT landscape and third-party logistics and carrier systems
  • Configure core SAP TM functionalities including:
  • Freight Order Management
  • Freight Settlement
  • Charge Management
  • Carrier Selection & Tendering
  • Transportation Planning & Optimization
  • Event Management & Tracking
  • Support the MHP Sales Team, by providing effort estimations and expertise in the Supply Chain Area (with focus on TM)
  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define and improve transportation processes.
  • Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).
  • Support data migration, integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide thought leadership on TM best practices.
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
  • 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in SAP TM.
  • Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle SAP TM implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Transportation planning and execution processes
  • Freight costing and settlement
  • Carrier collaboration
  • Integration with MM, SD, EWM, and FICO
  • Experience working with embedded TM and decentralized TM for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, or 3PL.
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies (IDocs, APIs, CPI).
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Understands the need of modular, scalable, flexible architecture.
  • Experience in keep the core clean concept.

  • Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
  • Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
