- Accurately load new and updated supplier contracts into internal databases.
- Perform cost calculations and pricing adjustments based on contractual inputs.
- Complete thorough self-checks to maintain a zero-error data entry standard.
- Flag and escalate discrepancies or anomalies in contract data for resolution.
- Communicate with internal Contract Managers to clarify contract terms and resolve queries.
- Support external suppliers in a courteous and timely manner when additional information is needed.
- Meet data entry deadlines and service level agreements.
- Offer insights into workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
- Produce internal reports and complete ad-hoc data-related tasks as required.
- Contribute to the team's success by supporting colleagues and achieving personal and team objectives.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to team goals.
- Adaptable and open to changes in systems and procedures.
- Experience in data entry, administration, or contract support (preferred).
