- Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues end-to-end.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using tools such as Azure Application Insights and Netdata.
- Analyze and debug issues using SQL Server, APIs, and internal tools.
- Collaborate with hardware partners and third-party providers (e.g., devices, cameras, barriers).
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the resolution process.
- Support onboarding and go-live activities for new installations.
- Contribute to product quality through testing and QA improvements.
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks using scripts or tools (e.g., AI assistants).
- Analyze customer and operational data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
