You will work alongside a driven team who are motivated by building an exciting business and leaving the world a better place than we found it.About the roleWinnow is looking for a UX and UI Designer, who is not only experienced and versatile but also deeply passionate about creating user-centred designs.In this dynamic role, you'll join an exceptional team dedicated to collaborative product design and development.Your work will directly influence product direction, offering the satisfaction of seeing your designs rapidly adopted by catering and hospitality businesses globally.Key responsibilities

Transform product goals and business requirements into intuitive features, navigating the team from low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity design outputs.
Own the design process across multiple product streams including analytics & insights, online customer onboarding, and in-kitchen touchscreen-based experiences.
Collaborate with the product team in a product discovery process. Help the team break down the opportunity space by mapping customer journeys and refine it by interviewing end users. Help the product team deliver desired product outcomes.
Produce user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, conducting user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback and insights into design iterations.
Collaborate with developers to refine designs during the development process, ensuring accurate implementation, and maintain a coherent design system.
Act as a thought partner to Product Owners, developing early-stage solutions and gaining a deep understanding of customer personas, effectively being the voice of the customer throughout the design process.
Analyse usage statistics and feedback to gain user insight, informing further iterations and new designs.
Spend significant time with customers and account managers to understand real-life use cases of Winnow, fostering a user-centric culture and defining ways to capture, document, and validate design requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX Designer in a B2B SaaS environment, demonstrated through an extensive portfolio.
Takes a structured approach to the design process, from understanding customer needs to delivering high-fidelity outputs
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma, Zeplin, Balsamiq or similar.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and general front-end principles; experience with touchscreens and responsive design.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively, articulate perspectives clearly, and respectfully challenge others.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to self-organise, prioritise tasks, and manage design tasks efficiently.
Proactive to identify and solve problems, valuing facts and user insights.
Fast learner, enthusiastic, energetic, with a keen attention to detail.
Humble and receptive to feedback, while also being bravely honest to challenge the status quo when necessary.
Willing to travel twice a quarter to our London headquarters

This role is for someone eager to take on substantial responsibility, bringing structure and clarity to the design process across the entirety of our product suite. You will be the only person responsible for design tasks in our product team.
