We believe in coaching, supporting, and developing our team, so you can expect plenty of opportunities to grow and learn.We’re looking for a Client Project Manager to support our senior project managers with daily tasks and manage smaller client accounts. If you’re someone who’s eager to learn, loves staying organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board. This role will give you the chance to work closely with clients and help manage key aspects of their projects.✨ Manage tasks in our Asana system, including inputting audit and quarterly plan tasks
✨ Clean up outdated or incomplete projects in Asana
✨ Assist with client meeting preparations
✨ Communicate with and manage smaller client accounts✨ Work closely with the SVP of Business Development, taking on some of her client accounts✨ Take ownership of small client accountsWorking Hours ⏰: This is a full-time position. Working hours in Central European Time, and typically will run from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. CET (or CEST). This shift is required to ensure full overlap with our client meeting window of 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Time (CST). Please note that hours will adjust slightly during daylight saving time changes.Your Manager: In this role, you will report to the Director of Client Services.RequirementsTo excel in this role, you need to have:✅ 3+ years experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager or Account Manager✅ Previous experience in an agency or marketing environment✅ Strong organizational skills
✅ Experience with task management on Asana
✅ Quick learner, eager to be coached
✅ Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks each day without feeling overwhelmedBrownie points for:
