Remote work: On-siteAlready built a solid foundation in data analysis or business planning and ready for the next step-We are looking for a Manager to join our Advisory team - someone who can connect data, business insight and strategic thinking to create real value for clients.You will work on complex, cross-functional projects, using both qualitative and quantitative analysis to support companies in making better decisions.The Blueprint of your Role:

- Lead Analytical Work: Develop analytical models to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities using client and market data.
- Drive Business Planning: Build business plans and forecasting models (financial, operational, market) that support strategic decision-making.
- Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis: Conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis and stress testing to assess the impact of different business decisions.
- Performance Management: Evaluate performance against KPIs, interpret variances and propose corrective or improvement actions.
- Reporting & BI: Build dashboards, reports and automated analytics using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to make insights accessible and actionable.
- Strategic Support: Provide analytical input for strategic initiatives, investment cases and business cases for clients.
- KPI & Scorecards Design: Design KPI frameworks and performance scorecards aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Client Communication: Prepare and deliver client presentations with clear, concise and actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration within KPMG: Work closely with colleagues from different Advisory teams (e.g. strategy, operations, risk) to provide integrated solutions.
- People Development: Mentor junior consultants, provide constructive feedback and contribute to knowledge sharing and method development within the team.

- You're Data-Driven: You are comfortable working with large data sets, building forecasting models and using analytics to support business decisions.

- You're a People Developer: You enjoy guiding more junior colleagues, sharing your know-how and helping others grow.
- Experience & Background:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, data analytics, business planning and/or modelling
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, ideally with exposure to consumer analytics and market trends
- Ability to develop forecasting models (financial, operational, market) to guide strategic decisions
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau and project management software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Romanian and English)
- Proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity and strong drive to deliver value in projects
