- Reports relevant information and performance indicators to management and other stakeholders;
- Achievement of targets as well as KPIs set for molds shop area by defining action plan and analysis;
- Meets job safety, quality and volume targets as required;
- Knows and applies current work procedures;
- Analyzes problems and develops appropriate solutions to solve them;
- Promotes Lean management and Kaizen programs within the team;
- Process improvement and project leading;
- Encourages a safety and security culture in line with company policies;
- Is the main contact person with other production areas, departments and external customers;
- Manages conflicts and resources with support departments (machines/personnel/materials etc.);
- Participate in external and internal audits, develop and implement improvement plans.
- University Diploma in Technical Field;
- Previous experience minimum 2 years in Manufacturing;
- Leading people experience;
- English minim level B2;
- Microsoft Office;
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
- SAP - is a plus.
