- Design, implement and maintain cloud security architecture and solutions for AWS with a strong focus on data security.
- Identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities in cloud environments.
- Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards and guidelines that are then embedded into our cloud platforms.
- Provide guidance and support to other architects, engineers and developers on cloud security best practices and solutions.
- Research and evaluate new cloud security technologies and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information security or related field
- At least 5 years of experience working with large cloud deployments on AWS.
- Certifications in AWS and/or cloud security, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security Specialty, CCSP, CISSP, etc.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security concepts, tools and frameworks, such as identity and access management, encryption, firewalls, monitoring, logging, auditing, etc.
- Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.
- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, such as CI/CD, automation, orchestration, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a complex, international environment.
