- Promote Heart Failure products in collaboration with regional distributors and support existing and prospective customers.
- Plan and execute market development activities, including referral meetings, workshops, and participation in congresses or events with healthcare associations and patient groups.
- Monitor account performance, develop customer plans, and identify opportunities to improve clinical and commercial outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with hospital administrators, physicians, and clinical staff.
- Assess customer training needs and deliver product and therapy education in partnership with Marketing and Clinical teams.
- Provide field insights on market trends, customer feedback, and product enhancement opportunities.
- Support tradeshows and professional events as required.
- Report product performance issues and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
- University degree (preferred in a medical discipline)
- Experience in the medical device industry required; strong knowledge of heart failure, cardiovascular implantable devices, and capital equipment highly preferred.
- Min 3 years with progressively responsible sales experience or project management in a complex matrix environment.
- Commercial experience within a multinational healthcare organization desirable.
- Strong motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and a proactive, self‑starter mentality.
- Ability to interpret and communicate sales, financial, technical, and clinical data.
- Experience working with distributor markets.
- Fluent or advanced English proficiency and native local language required
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region (up to 80%, including overnight travel) with no restrictions on international travel.
