Due to this growth and the associated challenges in the finance area, we need you!We are looking for a Junior Accounts Receivable (hybrid)Global Shared Service Finance @ HornbachThe Shared Service Center in Iasi (Romania) is part of our finance organization headquartered in Bornheim (Germany). As Junior Accounts Payable, you interact with all kinds of departments within the HORNBACH group. As your role entails the interaction with various colleagues from different countries and backgrounds you should be interested to work in an international environment. We have very different tasks, but one essential objective: we want to bring our finance organization to the next level of process excellence and efficiency.Your assignments

Execution of all activities necessary Order-to-Cash activities, such as Invoice Generation and Distribution, Payment Processing, Customer Account Reconciliation, Credit Management, Collections Management, Cash Application, Dispute Resolution, Reporting and Analysis, Maintaining Customer Records, Compliance and Audit Support.
Participate in transition projects: migrate Order-to-Cash processes from our European subsidiaries to our SSC Iasi
Service excellence: close collaboration with our Clients, internal clients, and stakeholders
Support us in harmonizing Order-to-Cash processes across our subsidiaries
Bring in your ideas for process automation and digitization by critically scrutinizing manual work
Discover modern technologies such as AI and robot process automation and find out how we can use them in the Order-to-Cash process

Do we fit together?

Bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration, economics or comparable
Proficient English language skills to be able to collaborate closely with our internal stakeholders
Intermediate level in Excel and Outlook
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Openness to work in an international environment with different backgrounds
High degree of initiative
Authentic and trustworthy

Additional language skills are an advantage, particularly German are a plus
Basic SAP FI knowledge is a plus
