Review purchase requisitions and create POs in line with the

standard operating procedures * Update the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setupin system * Follow up with vendors via email/phone to get Purchase OrderAcknowledgements * Follow up with vendors via email/phone to ensure goods aredelivered on-time * Co-ordinate with client sites and vendors for purchase orderrelated issue resolutionWhat you should bring

Fluent English and at least B1 level of French
Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS-Office suite
Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility
No specific educational background or diploma needed
