- 5 years of professional experience in sales;
- Good technical and business education;
- Very good knowledge of engineering in building technologies;
- Very good knowledge of the installation market;
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking;
- Good computer skills (Excel, Power Point, MS Office, SAP, CRM);
- English language medium/advanced level;
- Strong sales and customer orientation;
- Very good social skills.
- Implementing technical solution in the planning phase for new construction projects, follow them with the sales team;
- Technical support of product lines in technical debates with planners, architects and investors;
- Research and filter the local construction market;
- Identification the new potential projects and create necessary steps for implementing products;
- Commercial and technical support of existing customers;
- Sale of existing products and participation in market launches;
- Equip interesting market partners with current sales documents
- Preparation, realization of customer events (fairs, presentations, lectures, etc.) ;
- Intensive observation of the competition and determination of the competition selling prices;
- Preparation of offers and tenders.
