- administer employees lifecycle activities, ensuring all documentation is following the legal requirements and internal policies (e.g. hiring preparation, documents checks and collection, position changes, maternities, HR Systems updates);
- offers consultancy and legal solutions, in case of new projects implementation (e.g work from home), changes in the legislation, other situations requiring support;
- create and maintain the HR Dashboard; update the needed stakeholders;
- manages international assignments, international hires and vendors, collaborating with the allocated teams;
- manages GDPR process for HR;
- responsible for managing absences process & improvements.
- actively support HR IT systems implementations (Workday, sharepoint, etc).
- further develop by taking part in other HR-related projects (e.g. HR policies updates and implementation, support on new HR Admin processes) .
- Has 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role, in a multinational organization;
- Advanced Romanian Labor legislation knowledge;
- Works well with HR Systems (Workday, preferable),
- Excellent Excel skills; MS Office;
- English skills - advanced;
- Is a good communicator and values cooperation and team spirit;
- Has good planning skills and sets priorities so that can achieve his/her goals; is detail oriented.
