- Scope of the role: This role is new and will report to the country GM.
- A small and select team in Bucharest HQ, who is busy growing network in Romania now in 10 clinics acquired, then 20 clinics, by end of 2025
- The workload in the HQ is , and will remain decent, considering the office size up to max 5-6 people (now 3).

- Full JD:
- Experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar role - executive and or personal assistant is a MUST have !
- Set meets with internal and external parties, pick up notes. follow-ups, emailing, reporting
- Education in any field but with a good degree of analytical thinking and ad-hoc reporting skill
- English fluent !
- Resistance to stress, balanced and ready to adapt to changes in the working schedule
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Task prioritization skills
- Proactive, collaborative and loyal personality that can be checked via relevant reference
- Ease in establishing relationships.
- Microsoft Power P., Excel basic, Word, video-projector - all practiced.
- GM Inbox management.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the GM
- Backup GM with various administrative and internal/external communication tasks
- Maintain and check office staff travel vouchers and for GM, total max 5-6 Employees
- Provide general support to visitors or to incoming requests
- Organize office operations and administrative procedures
- Coordinate office purchases and administrate the budget
- Administrate and safeguard the office
- Onboard new hires
- Produce ad-hoc internal simple reports.
