- Support the asset lifecycle management of IT endpoints and technologies, including Mac, Windows, and Ubuntu

- Google Workspace is used across the organization for mail, calendar & online meetings, collaboration (i.e. docs, sheets, slides), and productivity

- Support Atlassian - Jira & Confluence to track open requests and share information across the organization
- Jira & Confluence are our engineering collaboration toolset
- Jira Service management is broadly used across the organization to track service requests for operational efficiency and SOC2 compliance
- Manage the IT onboarding/offboarding processes for Joiners/Movers/Leavers as you welcome/offboard employees in a professional and efficient manner
- Work with information security to ensure continued compliance with auditing requirements as required, including ISO 27001 best practices
- Champion and promote IT as an enabling function to facilitate and accelerate IT standards across the organization
- Have experience in a support organization of a high-performing scale-up organization
- Show strong technical understanding of 2 of 3 of Mac, Windows, or Unix desktop operating systems
- Have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, using local resources (including Google & Internet search) to research solutions
- Have the ability to document processes via Confluence (knowledge base) and workflows
- Show us good written and oral communication skills; comfortable reaching out to users at all levels in the company to request information
- Be confident to ask for help when you cannot find answers
- Familiarity with modern collaboration and office productivity tools, including Google Workspace &, Google Meets, Jira & Confluence, HR Systems (we use HiBob) and Slack
- Experience with delivering service desk / IT helpdesk services. Hands-on experience managing and supporting Jira Service Management
- Knowledge of information security and secure service delivery
- Proven experience working in IT delivery roles
