Participate in projects and motivate/manage project teams of structural engineers and draftsmen.
Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (such as architects and other design disciplines), and clients.
Maintain an international mindset and cooperate with our offices abroad for certain engineering tasks, ensuring the required project quality.
Respond effectively to client needs and requests.
Aim for sustainable and efficient engineering solutions.
Ensure that budgets, timelines, and quality standards for engineering work are met. You will ensure that your assigned projects comply with our quality system.
Report project progress on a weekly basis.
Promote an integrated design process by considering the interaction of different disciplines involved.
Stay up to date with standards, guidelines, new techniques, and developments in your field, and share relevant information with your team and colleagues.

QualificationsRequirements:

You are a qualified Structural Engineer holding a Bachelor`s Degree, mandatory.
You have 8-10 years of relevant technical experience with structural engineering projects, including computing and designing various types of concrete and steel structures.
Experience on projects outside Romania is preferred; projects located in the US and Australia are an advantage.
You have been involved in all aspects and phases of projects: tendering, calculations, design, execution, and management.
You possess good communication skills.
You have a high proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
You have strong expertise in using calculation software; experience with STAAD Pro is a plus.
Intermediate German level would be a plus
