
Outside Sales Engineer

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
- Pursue and capture new business opportunities through proactive engagement
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities within the territory
- Customer and opportunity prospecting followed by deal closing
- Accountability for the performance of orders and sales for the defined territory
- Interacting with marketing, product managers, engineers and supply chain to provide feedback on market, or customer, needs and dynamics
- Partner with our global marketing team and industry managers to execute local activities
- Work together with proposal engineers and project managers on complex automation solutions
- Salesforce.com CRM based orders forecasting
- University education - completed technical studies with preference in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Engineering
- Working knowledge of valves and industrial automation systems.
- Sales experience in adjacent industries may be considered for the right candidate (information & operations technology / electrical / industrial or manufacturing software / MES & MIS / mechatronics / robotics / instrumentation / OEM equipment)
- Fluency in English, Hungarian and/or Romanian native
- Willingness to travel (3-4 days per week, Northwest area of Romania & Bucharest)
- Motivated and initiative personality
- Experience working in a matrix organization
