Who You Are:

A professional with 5+ years of experience in order fulfillment, transportation, materials management, or supply chain operations.

Proven ability to lead or support end-to-end projects involving multiple operational functions.

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and order-to-cash processes is a strong plus.

A proactive problem-solver who can keep commitments and meet objectives.

A visionary who excels in cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer excellence.

A positive teammate with strong analytical capabilities who navigates business complexity with ease.

Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus

What You Will Be Doing:

Collaborate with dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and complete order delivery.

Drive the end-to-end execution of customer orders, encompassing intake and validation, production scheduling, inventory coordination, transportation planning, logistics execution, and export management to ensure timely and complete delivery

Gain early visibility into customer project pipelines to anticipate risks and create solutions with business partners.
