- Leading and inspiring your team with full accountability for departmental performance
- Overseeing all aspects of cash accounting, including daily takings, reconciliation, and cash desk procedures—supporting checkout operations when needed
- Managing logistics operations such as unloading goods, verifying transport documents, and preparing merchandise for storage
- Leading and executing the annual stock inventory in close collaboration with your team
- Supporting store management with administrative tasks, including documentation and internal process coordination
- You have at least 3 years of management experience, ideally in sales, store administration, or in-store logistics
- You’re organized and analytical, comfortable working with numbers, and have a genuine service-minded approach
- You’re highly committed, proactive, and always ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required
