- Contribute to setup supplier strategy for SER commodity
- Manage SER supplier panel
- Ensure the right level of quality audit for SER commodity
- Warranty Support Agreement for PI signed at global level/all Commodities with supplier
- Control and manage contractual setup on SER commodities
- Ensure correct processes and governance are followed.
- Develop strong relations with Domains/ Commodity Teams.
- Manage supplier documentation (all supplier related documents are stored appropriately in the correct Alstom repository)
- Support Services Regional Procurement for supplier selection (BA, panel mgt….)
- Develop relationships with other functions as relevant (eg Finance & Legal) to ensure all stages of the process are followed and captured.
- Business School or Engineering school; MASTER in Purchasing or CIPS (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience: procurement and services
- Fluent level of English
- International background is preferred
- Experience in Services business for the railway industry.
- Experiences in procurement function
- Proven supplier’s contractual experiences/negotiation
- Proven cost reductions ideas, make or buy analysis

- Ability to manage transversally in complex and multi-cultural organization
