You’ll report to Titus ARDEVAN (Domain Categories Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca) and work alongside dedicated Commodity Leads and Commodity Managers in the global domains categories.You'll be in charge of the deployment of procurement strategy across your commodities, secure demand and develop suppliers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business in procurement managing operational needs in line with strategies on Services Product Line Procurement Organization.You’ll specifically drive and manage SER market codes, support commodity and domain for SER strategy, support and manage needs of PI activity under supplier's contract, drive and manage WSA at global level (Warranty Support Agreement) with Domain/CommodityWe’ll look to you for:FUNDAMENTALS

Contribute to setup supplier strategy for SER commodity
Manage SER supplier panel
Ensure the right level of quality audit for SER commodity

CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION

Warranty Support Agreement for PI signed at global level/all Commodities with supplier
Control and manage contractual setup on SER commodities
Ensure correct processes and governance are followed.
Develop strong relations with Domains/ Commodity Teams.

CONTRACT GOVERNANCE AND REPORTING

Manage supplier documentation (all supplier related documents are stored appropriately in the correct Alstom repository)
Support Services Regional Procurement for supplier selection (BA, panel mgt….)
Develop relationships with other functions as relevant (eg Finance & Legal) to ensure all stages of the process are followed and captured.

Business School or Engineering school; MASTER in Purchasing or CIPS (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience: procurement and services
Fluent level of English
International background is preferred
Experience in Services business for the railway industry.
Experiences in procurement function
Proven supplier’s contractual experiences/negotiation
Proven cost reductions ideas, make or buy analysis

Expertise in data analysis / Speaking with data ability
Ease with all kinds of IT tools (data exchange/ SAP/ Excel/reporting tool…)
Strong suppliers’ contractual knowledge
Ability to understand stakes on suppliers’ management.
Knowledge of Supplier Risk analysis.
Ability to manage transversally in complex and multi-cultural organization
Agile and open minded / Proactive approach
Resilient, pragmatic and solution oriented
Strong interpersonal / comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills
Familiar with Change management
Working knowledge of Alstom Procurement processes
Reliable, autonomous and customers satisfaction (internal/external) oriented
