Identify new technologies, trends, and business opportunities;
Analyzing and critically evaluating information resulted from any search related to innovative technologies and businesses;
Collaborate cross-functionally to determine testing and piloting of new technologies, processes, best practices;
Gather and present information that contributes to our understanding on how customer behavior currently impacts, and in the future will impact, the way in which we assess and manage innovation;
Manage the end-to-end execution of idea implementation in the form of test & learn experiments/projects: stakeholder management, research design, data analysis and actionable insight generation;
Contribute to concept prototyping and testing;
Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate into IT requirements;
High level technical understanding of GenAI / AI services and use cases;
Work closely with the other business areas to leverage domain experts as necessary;
Contribute to developing a collaborative process of innovation across IT organization;
Help drive customers/colleagues towards strategic innovative thinking which impacts business results;
Build a self-sustaining and co-dependent innovation community of practice and trainings;
Estimate maturity level of technologies and identify possible future scenarios for them.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor or master's degree Computer engineering or Computer Applications;
Understanding of business and IT processes and knowledge of digital transformation trends;
At least 2 years of professional experience in driving innovation projects and digital consulting;
Customer-oriented consultant personality with strong communication and organizational skills at all levels of the company, analytical approach and strong personal initiative;
Excellent written and verbal communication;
Experience in design thinking methodology and trainings;
Good interpersonal skills;
Creative problem-solving skills;
Analytical mindset.
