- Provide L2/L3 support for the GMM IT platform across pre-assignment, on-assignment, and post-assignment phases.
- Monitor system stability, interfaces, and batch jobs; proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects in line with defined SLAs.
- Support releases, hotfixes, and configuration changes in coordination with the Solution Architect.
- Support inbound and outbound integrations with HR, payroll, finance, and travel systems (e.g. HRIS, ServiceNow, vendor platforms).
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for data inconsistencies or interface failures.
- Assist in testing activities (functional, integration, regression) during rollouts and technical waves.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and known-error databases.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, performance, and user experience.
- Experience in IT application support for HR, mobility, or enterprise platforms.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and operational support models.
- Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, file-based interfaces), basic database concepts, and log analysis.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes (incident, problem, change management).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
- Very good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
