Cross Border Talents is looking for a native Croatian speaking Car Rental Customer Service Agent to work for a leading provider in Athens, Greece!Activities- Agent will act as a car hire and handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments);- Respond consumer inquiries/questions raised via phone, email and chat channels for customers (no camera ON is required);- Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;- Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.Requirements- High School Diploma or Higher is preferred- Native/Fluent Croatian speaker;- Good level of English - min B1 (training might be in ENG);- Good Problem-Solving Skills;- Strong troubleshooting skills;- Familiar with Technology;- Upbeat and positive (customer will call Senior specialists when something went wrong, so this is a very good skill to have);- Previous experience in any customer facing role;- Hospitality or Car Rental experience is preferable;- Passionate about customersBenefits- Private Health & Life Insurance;- Permanent contract;- Competitive salary;- 25 days annual leave;- Working hours: 40h per week = is 8 hours per day / 5 days a weekRelocation package*- 3 weeks Accommodation in a great hotel close by the office (after these 3 weeks of accommodation there is no assistance with Real Estate agencies- up to 300euros accommodation support for the candidates moving from abroad (with the 1st payment)- legal support with hiring documents (candidates need to gather and provide the required documents)*For candidates based in Greece, company does not provide any relocation package
