Manage and process orders on the LPG segment by: checking, processing, recording information in the MOL system (SAP).
Transmits orders corresponding to the LPG segment to suppliers and monitors their confirmation, as well as deliveries.
Issues LPG department documents (invoices, tax invoice, penalty invoice, discount invoices, correction invoices or pro-forma invoices) or notices, documents accompanying the goods.
Maintain customer relationships and provides additional information to LPG customers, collects customer information, records it in appropriate forms and forwards it to interested colleagues.
