We are actively integrating Artificial Intelligence into our Cloud Operations to:

Automate incident diagnosis
Improve anomaly detection (smart monitoring)
Accelerate issue resolution
Optimize operations and reduce repetitive tasks

You will actively contribute to designing, testing, and implementing these solutions (AIOps approach).

Location: Axway Romania, Bucharest, Calea Serban Voda, no.133, 4th District
Employees work in a hybrid mode 2 days per week in the office

Responsibilities:No routine here. You will:

Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents
Manage and evolve cloud infrastructures (AWS, Kubernetes)
Deploy fixes and platform enhancements
Automate and optimize systems
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Help integrate AI tools into operational workflows
Interact with clients and technical experts
Translate business needs into concrete technical solutions

You are at the heart of operations, with a direct impact on service quality. Qualifications:What you bring

3+ years of experience in Cloud / DevOps / advanced technical support
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes
Solid experience with AWS
Good Linux / scripting skills
Strong problem-solving mindset
Interest in automation and AI topics
Fluent in English

Grow beyond pure technical skillsYour initial strengths are primarily technical.However, you will work on business-critical applications (banking, accounting, integration), giving you the opportunity to:

Gain exposure to real business processes
Build a dual skillset: technical + functional expertise
Understand the business impact behind systems
Grow into broader roles (expert, architect, functional lead…)

Interest or experience in AIOps / AI for operations
Azure, Java
Monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana)
Networking & security (VPN, SSL, LDAP)
Experience in finance / ERP environments
Fluent in French
