Reporting to: Factory Finance Director RomaniaFinance Projects & Internal Controls ManagerPurpose of the roleLead factory project cost control and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. Safeguard factory assets through strong internal controls and compliant financial processes.What you will do
- Coordinate factory project cost control and oversee the project financial reporting
- Compliance with business operating guidance, internal controls and managing the internal and external financials audits.
- Lead monthly factory project reporting; ensure effective cost-control processes and compliance with internal controls (IAS/GAAP); partner with Accounting and Tax on Romanian requirements; maintain factory finance procedures
- Deliver monthly variance analysis vs budget, annual plan (AP), latest estimate (LE); contribute to factory financial analysis as a business partner
- Manage SAP financial data setup and maintenance for materials and products; coordinate related master-data requests; prepare cost estimates for JT Group entities
- Support the annual predetermined production cost calculation; contribute to product costing and cost-center budget consolidation
- Support annual plan review cycles: update material/product costs quarterly, perform required variance analysis, consolidate and report results via GSC Analytics and BW
Experience: Minimum five years' experience in Finance; supply chain experience is a plus
Languages: Advanced English
Systems: Advanced MS Office; SAP including BW.
