Supply Chain and Distribution Finance Manager

• Manage, coach and motivate SCDF regional GBS team including accountability for timely, accurate deliverables of the team.
• Responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives and prioritizing opportunities to improve the standardization and effectiveness of the processes in the SCDF Regional GBS team in line with stakeholder expectations.
• Escalation points on any matters relating to SCDF Manufacturing and responsible for leading clear action plans to identify root cause and mitigate reoccurring issues.
• Act as a key business partner for Plant Finance Managers, Category Directors, Logistics Directors and other GBS teams to support the delivery of key priorities.
• Senior support for Category Business Partners to provide escalation, leadership, and support in managing key cross-functional stakeholders, oversight visibility of significant variances from budgeted/ forecasted spends and identify risk mitigation plans.
• Accountable for ensuring accurate & on time delivery against Service Level Agreements with Plants & Categories Finance teams across Europe.

• University Degree in Finance/ Business-Related field + Finance work experience essential.
• Language skills- English (Required); Second Language (Preferred);
• Strong managerial skill with 6+ years of management experience.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in Manufacturing and Logistics environment.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to lead a team.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and functions across the organization.
