Perks: work in a supportive team, enjoy async collaboration, and contribute to a modern HR environment.🎯 What You’ll Work On📅 Coordinate interviews & hiring admin (scheduling, candidate updates).🆕 Support onboarding and prepare team documentation.🎉 Help plan internal events and team check-ins.📚 Maintain and improve Notion pages, policies, and HR records.🛠 Keep internal tools (Deel, Lattice, etc.) up to date.🚀 Focus Areas for the First 6 MonthsTake over coordination of all hiring processes.Build a simple async onboarding flow for new hires.Document people processes in Notion and improve clarity.✅ What They’re Looking For1–3 years experience in HR, admin, people ops, or similar.Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.Clear written & verbal communication skills.Comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Drive, Slack.Bonus: experience with remote teams or international hiring.🌍 SetupFully remote, with close collaboration with the Head of People and regular check-ins with hiring managers and team leads.
